Is it too late to be good?

I ended up going in a totally different direction than I'd planned with this week's Merry Monday prompt. I hope turquoise/aqua counts as blue ;) And this naughty little kitty is perfect for the current Naughty or Nice challenge to use Festive Furballs. This kitty has the holiday spirit!

Supplies: kitty stamp from Inkadinkado; sentiment from The Cat's Pajamas; Memento Tuxedo Black ink; Spectrum Noir markers; Bo Bunny paper; classic small circle Nesties; N&T clear sequins; blue sequins & googly eyes from stash; gems & pearls from dollarama

The googly eyes give this kitty an even more "OH CRAP" look at being caught swinging from the tree. For years (before kids and our artificial Charlie Brown tree) we had to tether our tree to the wall & ceiling after all three cats worked together to bring it to the ground :)

xoxo,
Jessi

Above and below this post are some really beautifully sparkly designs, but this little cat with googly eyes just deserved a comment! I'm a cat lover and this one is totally adorable! And the way you used sequins is so decorative!

HAHAHAH!!!! You NAILED the look with the googly eyes!!! My cat used to very carefully, and quietly, crawl up the middle part of our artificial tree, and curl up around the stem part, on the branches!!! You could barely see the little bugger!!! And she never once knocked a single ornament down :) Love your card and the memories it brought back <3

But what's the fun in being good? ;) This is such a perfect card, both for Naughty or Nice (thanks for coming to play with us!) and for Merry Monday (I hope). The sequins, pearls and google eyes are so much fun! Surprisingly, I've had little trouble mixing cats and trees. I'm sure the next one will prove me wrong. :D

Never too late to be good, although I would find it hard to be angry with this cute little kitty, how gorgeous!

I love this card! I love that image! The googlie eyes totally make it. So sweet. And kitties don't need to be good. They are exempt from that. It's right there in the kitty rule book.
